Cancellations do happen.  However, should you need to cancel your appointment, we require a 48 hour notice to avoid incurring a $50 cancellation fee.  Thank you. 

AVAILABLE SERVICES:

All fees are due and payable the day of your procedure.

A $50 deposit will be required at time of booking. This deposit will be credited off your procedure balance.  See Pretreatment Advice.

There are no guarantees.  Procedures vary and are never "perfect" due to symmetry of facial features, skin tone, underlying blood vessels, blood pressure fluctuation, etc.             A touch-up may be necessary to get the results you desire.

Tattoo removal may require more than one appointment to remove.

PAID FULL PRICE PROCEDURES INCLUDE one touch-up at four to six weeks post procedure.  After this time period, a $75 touch-up fee will apply.  After six months post procedure, full procedure fees apply.

Please Note: If client elects to discontinue procedure during application, a fee of half the original charge will be applicable to cover expenses of supplies and technician's time.
